\ud835\udc09\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc1e\u0301, la \ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1d \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27 acompa\u00f1\u00f3 a estudiantes de 5\u00b0 y 6\u00b0 a\u00f1o en el desarrollo del \u201c\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc00\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc28, \ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\u0301\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc08\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\u0301\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc25 \ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc28 \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc25 \ud835\udc13\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1b\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc23\ud835\udc28\u201d, una propuesta orientada a fortalecer herramientas personales, sociales y laborales en las juventudes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La capacitaci\u00f3n estuvo a cargo de \ud835\udc12\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc2f\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1a \ud835\udc05\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc1a, abogada y coach ontol\u00f3gico integrante de la Oficina de Empleo municipal, y cont\u00f3 con certificaci\u00f3n de la \ud835\udc14\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2f\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1d \ud835\udc0f\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2b \ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lo largo de tres jornadas se trabajaron contenidos vinculados al autoconocimiento, la orientaci\u00f3n vocacional y ocupacional, el desarrollo de habilidades socioemocionales, la elaboraci\u00f3n de proyectos personales y las herramientas necesarias para la inserci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito educativo y laboral actual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas instancias formativas permiten acompa\u00f1ar a los j\u00f3venes en una etapa clave de definici\u00f3n de sus trayectorias, promoviendo el desarrollo de competencias fundamentales para afrontar los desaf\u00edos del contexto actual y potenciar sus oportunidades de crecimiento personal y profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la Municipalidad de Morrison se contin\u00faa impulsando y acompa\u00f1ando acciones articuladas con las instituciones educativas locales, entendiendo que la formaci\u00f3n, la orientaci\u00f3n y el fortalecimiento de capacidades son pilares fundamentales para el desarrollo integral de las juventudes y la
